I've been offering My Hypnotherapy as an on-line service ever since i began to practice in 2012 - and - I can honestly say I've always been good at managing therapy on-line, even though I generally preferred facre to face consultations.
You'll know exactly what I mean if - in your working life you've found yourself collaborating with colleagues at remote locations with Skype or Webex or any one of a dozen conferencing platforms.
Slightly different skills are needed, More listening more close observation, and a day of Zoom meetings is probably more exhausting than a day of face to face.... but I'm very confident of the results I'm achieving and on-line offers a number of advantages over face to face.
Both environments have become equally important to delivering safe and effective hypnotherapy.

All change is stressful – whether you adapt quickly or not – and recent times have seen huge change across work life, home life, even friends and family interactions.
“I’ve been stuck in Zoom Meetings all day – I’m exhausted” – we’ve all heard it from friends and colleagues and many of us have learned it for ourselves. Let’s just unpick that for a minute!
Many parents just won't understand this
Kids. understanding of the world is shaped a whole lot more than you may think by what you say and how you say it.
Most parents today would think the old saying "Children should be seen and not heard" belonged in the past. The same is probably true for "Walls have Ears" but many parents and teachers just don't realise the influence they have on how a child's future will develop.
They do hear things we may not intend them to hear, they do need to speak up for themselves as they work at becoming independent human beings and managing all this without constantly beating yourself up and being frightened to say "NO" when that really is what you know you should say or to gently curb petulant attention seeking behaviour can just make you a bag of nerves.
